Our Story

We are an Aboriginal-owned Tier-2 civil construction company based in the Kimberley Region providing low-risk, reliable and cost-effective civil construction solutions for mining and government infrastructure projects.

Our vision is to enrich the lives of remote communities by utilising civil construction projects to create a funnel of training and employment, aimed at improving social and economic outcomes for Aboriginal people.

We were founded by Halls Creek-based RJ Madden Earthworks in partnership with a team of Tier-1  civil construction and business professionals to respond to the demand for an Aboriginal civil construction firm capable of Tier 2 contracting while promoting sustainable, long-term employment for remote community members.

Ngarranggarni Foundation

The Ngarranggarni Foundation is our non-profit charity aimed at utilising our civil construction projects to create a funnel of training and job placement opportunities for members of remote Aboriginal communities.  This enables the creation of new employment opportunities within our projects, with overflow being connected with external job-placement agencies.

This structure enables training and employment beyond our client's project needs, allowing our clients to significantly exceed their Indigenous participation objectives.  This is a unique capability which enables us to achieve our vision of providing prosperity to the lives of remote Aboriginal community members.
