Project Management
Our Project Management systems enable the development of complex civil construction methodologies which account for the realities of complex projects; resourcing, logistics, maintenance, workforce management, accounting processes, induction training requirements and tangible implications from our QHSSE systems on our projects.

Workplace Health and Safety
Our WHS Policy and procedures are compliant with the Department of Mines and Industry Regulations (DMIR) and have been developed in consideration of the unique challenges facing remote civil construction sites in the Kimberley Region.

Our induction training ensure that personnel and equipment are subject to active risk management processes.
Quality
We maintain a quality system that is in-line with ISO standards. This system will undergo a formal ISO certification in 2024. Our Quality System is focussed on integrating active quality management activities within out project workflows to ensure quality is actively measured and managed at all stages of our projects. Our supervision staff are trained and tasked with responsibility for our quality assurance activities during the construction phases.
Raising and Sustaining Indigenous Workforces
One of the greatest challenges facing remote projects is raising and sustaining an Indigenous workforce. To address this, we created the Ngarranggarni Foundation to promote successful, long-term employment for remote Aboriginal community members through a range of measures:
