Civil Construction Management

Civil Engineering Oversight

Our project staff are appropriately qualified and experienced to manage large-scale projects with complex engineering.  We are able to plan construction methodologies incorporating complex engineering and design specifications, integration of specialist technologies and equipment, and the employment of specialised skills required to deliver client outcomes.  

Sub-Contractor Management

We maintain a network of suppliers and sub-contractors that are appropriately experienced and qualified for relevant project scopes.  Our leadership team has extensive sub-contractor management experience, supported by in-depth planning and project management systems that ensure  sub-contractor capabilities are utilised within our methodologies in a cost efficient manner, and in compliance with client and government regulations.

Site Management

We recruit supervisors for projects in accordance with our project resourcing plans and budgets.  Our leadership team is able to draw upon decades of Tier 1 and 2 contracting experience to ensure the right people are employed on our client's projects.

We have extensive site management systems for project management, logistics, financial reporting, WHS and risk management.  These systems provide the framework for our project teams to effectively manage resources to deliver client outcomes.
